At MOS, we understand the concern over soot and your diesel engines. Because soot particles are sub-micronic, bypass oil filtration systems will not remove any substantial amounts of soot.

To combat this, engine oil manufactures blend in additive packages that contain dispersants. Dispersants keep sub-micron soot particles in suspension and separated from each other. As your oil ages, additives become depleted and their ability to prevent sub-micron soot particles from bonding together decreases. Over time, sub-micronic soot particles will begin to bond and grow in size. The Kleenoil system will control this process by trapping the soot particle once it grows to 1 micron in size. Kleenoil will also extend the life of your additive package by keeping your oil super clean. Your additive package will have to work less extending its life. Our Power-Up gas and oil additive line of products will be used in partnership with Kleenoil filtration to add even more life and protection to your oil and equipment.
